CAMPRO(凱柏精機)於2003年七月，基於創新，服務、深耕與心耘之精神，由現任董事長兼總經理蔡清哲帶領梁財福及賴和章(現任上海凱伯副總經理)，和一群在CNC工作母機10年以上經驗之研發設計，生產管理，製造技術、品質控制、應用服務、市場行銷、經營管理的堅實隊伍，於台灣台中設立【凱柏精密機械股份有限公司】，同時於中國上海設立【凱伯精密機械(上海)有限公司】，從事研發、生產製造一系列的立式加工中心和數控(CNC)車床，並以自創品牌CAMPRO(凱柏精機)行銷於全球。
